Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged if they are damaged within the 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please e-mail us at hello@theoceanlinen.com to arrange a returns label. 

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

We do not offer cash refunds however you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Vouchers can be used to shop your favourite products from our website, and have a validity of 2 months from the date of issuance.
